The Full Story

Lifestyle Living Property LTD is the umbrella company encompassing both Lifestyle Property Investments (LPI) and Lifestyle Property Solutions (LPS) as the first two subsidiaries of a larger vision.
This network of companies and the idea to create a specialist property development business in Doncaster was the brain child of myself Annabel Upton and Richard Senior, my Husband.
Having met in 2019 Richard and I quickly realised we had a synergy and opportunity in relation to business, with Richard coming from a trade/sales background and me from a Buying/Procurement background. Finally both of have a passion for property and a desire to fully immerse ourselves in the property industry.


Planning and strategy conversations began and wheels were put in motion to leave our corporate careers behind and start on our personal journey of investment. After a baptism of fire with COVID hitting we saw a gap in the market and re-strategize to adapt to the local and global economic climate.
Hence, our personal investment journey was adapted as we decided to run our own growing portfolio in tandem with a renovations subsidiary as a dual attack to capitalise on opportunities to the fullest.

Lifestyle Property Solutions (LPS) was born, so with my degree in business Management and Richards background in trade we dived into LPS creating a brand people could trust with their property renovation needs. We have since generated a thriving business with trusted trade partners and Richards expertise at the helm, all with the wider business plans in mind of LPI coming into the picture as soon as the time was right.
With our experience of personal property investment, real-life experience of property development and a drive to fully immerse ourselves in the property industry LPI was formed and has now come to the table.


Fast forward a few years and LPI's goal is to become the leading property investment company specialising in the exciting property market of Doncaster. Engaging both first time investors, and the more seasoned property professionals with deal sourcing through to portfolio management.


LPI differentiates itself from other sourcing companies by running in collaboration with its sister company LPS. This makes us perfectly positioned to specialise in the BMV properties that have renovation needs making those expected yields and equity gains that are particularly attractive and sought after.
Due to this collaboration it means the deals we find, that can be present to you, will have indepth and accurate renovation calculations by Richard, together with his experience of property development which will ensure budget trajectories are as accurate as they possibly can be.

This will be particularly of interest I would imagine, as we all know when it comes to developing property the ones needing more than a lick of paint and a new carpet are the ones when budget can run away from you – with LPI the risk will be mitigated.


LPI can help you find the right property based on data analysis and specialist local knowledge, providing you with accurate forecasted figures. We can then coordinate the process of any development and refurb needed to deliver a beautiful dwelling through LPS, then head up the ongoing property management of any BLT/ SA all under our business moto of “Timely, Trustworthy, Transparent” .
